Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post):

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Condition of Returned Goods To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received — unworn, unused, and showing no signs of use or wear. All original packaging must be intact, and all product labels and tags must remain attached and undamaged, with no signs of removal or any attempt to reattach them. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds, Inspection of Returned Goods and Loss of Value
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier, unless we have offered to collect the goods.
After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them to determine whether they are complete, unused, unopened where applicable, and whether they have only been handled in a way necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, including certain food supplements, the right of withdrawal may expire if the seal has been removed after delivery.
If the returned goods show a loss of value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the customer may be liable for this loss of value under applicable law.
If the refund has not yet been issued, we may deduct the corresponding loss of value from the refund amount, provided that the legal requirements are met.
If the refund has already been issued before we receive and inspect the returned goods, and the returned goods arrive opened, damaged, incomplete, used, or otherwise show a loss of value caused by handling beyond what is legally permitted, we reserve the right to claim the corresponding compensation for loss of value from the customer.
We will inform the customer by email about the result of the inspection and any deduction or compensation claim.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery. This applies in particular to opened food supplements and nutritional products (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Services (Subscriptions, Trainings, Seminars)
If you have purchased a service (e.g. training subscription, seminar, or online coaching), the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if we have begun performance of the service with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.
Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within fourteen (14) calendar days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
