Coaching Team

Irena Tsvetkova and Iliya Tsvetkov are renowned Taekwon-Do coaches from Vratsa, Bulgaria, graduated from the National Sports Academy – Sofia as well as the German Sport University Cologne.

Irena is a multiple European and World Champion, the first World Champion from Vratsa in the “sparring” discipline, under 69 kg category (Pyongyang), as well as the very first World Championship gold medalist in the history of all sports for her hometown Vratsa. She was part of the Bulgarian national team for 12 years, twice named Athlete of the Year in Vratsa, and has received national recognition as one of Bulgaria’s top competitors.

Iliya Tsvetkov is an experienced coach and athlete who won the very first Taekwon-Do medal in history for his hometown Vratsa. Between 2002 and 2013 in Bulgaria, he led the “Kum Ryong” club, where his students won dozens of medals at European and national championships. Under his guidance, the club achieved 2 gold, 4 silver, and 7 bronze medals at a single European Championship.

Since 2015, together we have founded The Force Sport Club in Cologne, Germany. In its first year, the club won the German Cup, and in the following years our children and youth have won numerous medals at national and European championships, establishing the club as a leading Taekwon-Do center in the region.

As a continuation of our mission to build champions, we also created our own brand – The Force, offering high-quality nutritional supplements and sports equipment. This way, we support athletes at all levels – from amateurs to professionals – in their pursuit of better performance and a healthier lifestyle.

Our mission is to instill professionalism, discipline, and passion for Taekwon-Do, inspiring athletes to achieve top performance at both national and international levels.
