Usage & Intake ▶
Preparation:
Mix 30 g ISOCLEAR® (measuring scoop inside) with 500 ml of cold water in a shaker. Let it rest for 1–2 minutes and enjoy. For maximum refreshment, place the shake in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Recommended intake:
Up to 3 servings daily, e.g. after waking up, after or during your workout.
