Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times
Germany: 1–3 business days
Selected EU countries: 3–7 business days
Note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product. Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
We currently deliver to Germany and selected EU countries. Available delivery countries are shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Suppliers
Note: Free shipping to selected EU countries applies to orders over €150 and under 2 kg. For heavier orders (2 kg+), standard weight-based shipping rates apply regardless of order value.

All orders are dispatched from Germany.
Incorrect Delivery Address
The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. THE FORCE SPORT is not liable for non-delivery or misdelivery resulting from an incorrect address entered by the customer.
- If the package is delivered to the wrong address and not returned: THE FORCE SPORT is not obligated to reship or refund the order.
- If the package is returned to us: The customer may choose to have the order reshipped at their own expense, or receive a refund minus the original shipping costs and return shipping costs. The customer must respond within 14 days. If no response is received within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus all shipping costs.
